This involved creating media content, developing a web portal for retailers, and managing the order fulfillment process. I also developed and implemented marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive retailer engagement, helping to establish Workhorse Pits as a leader in high-quality barbecue smokers for enthusiasts.

In addition to my marketing and media responsibilities, I have managed the production schedule, integrating retail orders and automating build documents and customer data for greater efficiency. I also oversaw the coordination of the shipping department, scheduling drivers and ensuring timely delivery of products to both customers and retailers.

As Vice President of Operations at 1-800-Textiles, I was responsible for overseeing all franchise operations. As a social media content creator for What Up Ian, I built a substantial online presence by consistently delivering engaging and high-quality video content across multiple platforms. I was under contract with Locals.com and Rumble.com to produce content specifically for the gaming category, which included managing the gaming.locals.com account. Through these partnerships, I collaborated with brands and other creators to expand audience reach and engagement.

I showcased proficiency in content creation, video production, and social media strategy, ensuring that all visual and written content maintained high standards for audience engagement and platform growth.

In my role as Digital Manager at Encore Atlanta, I managed all digital and IT assets, overseeing the design of web and print materials, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns. I led the development of an augmented reality app and produced promotional videos to support marketing efforts.

I also managed the inventory for OFFencore.com and developed a customized Shopify site, combining creativity with technical expertise to improve the company’s digital presence and e-commerce operations.
